Qigong is a very accessible practice for beginners. It draws its inspiration from the rhythms of the natural world. This practice is a way to mirror those rhythms, shedding tension and connecting with a sense of spaciousness and belonging. Together, we will breathe nature, think nature, and live nature in a deeply peaceful state.
Our Morning Together
8:30am | Walking Meditation: We begin by stepping quietly into the preserve, tuning our senses to the environment, and aligning our footsteps with the quiet rhythm of the earth.
9:00am | Moving Meditation: Surrounded by a diversity of life, we transition into a flowing Qigong practice, moving in ways that mimic the natural flow of the universe.
What to bring
Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing that allows for movement, supportive walking shoes, and a water bottle. Pro tip: Limit phone use on the morning of the workshop to support a deeper, more immediate connection with the natural world.
