Grand Central Brewhouse Celebrates Five Years in St. Petersburg with Anniversary
Weekend and Community Milestone
St. Petersburg, FL - Grand Central Brewhouse will mark its fifth anniversary with a three-day
celebration from December 12 through 14, highlighting a half-decade of craft beer, community
connection, and meaningful local impact. Since opening its doors in 2020, the St. Pete brewery
has become a fixture in the Grand Central District, known as much for its award-winning beer as
its commitment to supporting the community.
A major part of that commitment has been the Brew Good Program. Through monthly
partnerships with local nonprofits and direct contributions from beer sales, Grand Central
Brewhouse has raised more than $150,000 for organizations throughout Tampa Bay. The
program has supported environmental efforts, youth programming, arts initiatives, food
insecurity organizations, LGBTQ+ nonprofits, and many others.
“Our mission has always been about more than pouring great beer,” said Founder & CEO Kevin
Milkey. “We wanted to create a space that strengthens the community around it. Raising
$150,000 for local charities over the last five years is something we’re incredibly proud of, and it
reflects the people who choose to spend their time with us. Community involvement and impact
sit at the heart of what we do.”
The fifth-anniversary celebration will feature live music across multiple days, family-friendly
activities, and small-batch offerings brewed exclusively for the weekend. Including a 3PM
tapping of their Anniversary Birthday cake stout on Saturday December 13th!
What began as a neighborhood brewery has grown into a gathering place for residents, visitors,
and craft beer lovers across the region. The anniversary weekend is both a celebration and a
thank-you to the people who helped shape the brewery’s first five years.
