I’m Juan Segura, Founder and President of Segura Gallo HR & Consulting. For more than 20 years, I’ve worked in the Human Capital Management and Payroll industry, helping over 15,000 businesses simplify payroll, stay compliant, and focus on growth. My career has been built on creating solutions that fit businesses instead of forcing them into a one-size-fits-all approach.
I started Segura Gallo to give business owners something I saw missing in the market: a trusted, unbiased resource that could cut through the noise and offer the right payroll and HR solutions without an agenda.
Outside of work, I’m proud to call Tampa Bay home. I enjoy biking the Pinellas Trail on Sundays, paddle boarding on weekends, playing pickleball, and catching live sports and concerts whenever I can.
