Revolution Contractors is a design-build general contractor in St. Petersburg, Florida — family-owned, founded 2016, built on nearly 20 years of combined construction and real estate experience. We don’t sub out our work: 20+ in-house W-2 carpenters handle framing, finish carpentry, and everything in between, with a dedicated superintendent on every project. We price on open-book Time & Materials with weekly budget reports — no fixed-bid padding, no surprise change orders, every dollar tracked against the running budget before the next invoice goes out.

We’ve built in every flood zone in Pinellas County. Jeremy has spent seven years on FEMA 50%-rule rebuilds — dozens of 49% projects and more than $20 million in flood-zone work — with working knowledge of base flood elevation, FIRM map zones, St. Petersburg Building Department permit timelines, and the 150 mph wind-zone spec (PGT WinGuard impact-rated windows, Hardie board fiber cement siding). We also handle Old Northeast historic renovations through the Certificate of Appropriateness review board, downtown condo remodels with HOA approval and service-elevator coordination, custom new builds, whole-home remodels, and aging-in-place conversions.
