Neurodivergent Empowerment Institute (NEI) is a St. Petersburg based organization providing empowerment focused, integrative therapy for autistic and neurodivergent children, adolescents, and their families. NEI offers individual and group services that support emotional regulation, executive functioning, self understanding, communication, and personal growth.

NEI’s work is grounded in its proprietary EBIT model, Empowerment Based Integrative Therapy, a cutting edge approach that centers autonomy, identity, and real world functioning. Rather than viewing neurodivergence as a deficit to be corrected, NEI helps clients build skills, confidence, and self trust while honoring their neurodivergent experience.

A defining feature of NEI’s model is its whole family approach. Support extends beyond the individual to include parents and family systems, allowing progress to be reinforced at home, at school, and in daily life. NEI partners with families, schools, and community organizations to provide affirming, developmentally informed care that supports long term wellbeing and meaningful empowerment.
