Love The Golden Rule, Inc. (LTGR) is a nonprofit community-based primary care clinic founded in 2014 in St. Petersburg, Florida. Operating across two clinic locations, LTGR serves a broad cross-section of residents regardless of insurance status, income, or background.

LTGR delivers whole-person, integrated care under one roof — primary care, preventive services, chronic disease management, and behavioral health — through a single, continuous care relationship. Equitable access is not a program priority at LTGR; it is a structural one. Our care model is designed from the ground up to remove barriers and ensure that quality healthcare is accessible to everyone who walks through our doors.

Our staff and leadership reflect the full diversity of St. Petersburg — racially, ethnically, and across the spectrum of human identity, including LGBTQ+ representation at every level of the organization. We are an LGBTQ+-led clinic, and we serve everyone. Our neighbors are our patients. Low turnover, lasting relationships, and active community partnerships have sustained our presence for over a decade, and our board provides governance oversight grounded in financial accountability and genuine community representation.

Since 2014, LTGR has deepened its roots in St. Petersburg — expanding services, strengthening partnerships, and building the organizational capacity to be here for the long term.
