Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating lasting, positive change in the lives of young people across Alachua, Citrus, Hernando, Hillsborough, Marion, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, and Sumter counties. Through professionally supported one-to-one mentoring relationships, the organization matches youth "Littles" with caring adult mentors, "Bigs," who provide encouragement, guidance, and opportunities to help them build confidence, achieve educational success, and prepare for brighter futures. Our mission is to provide children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported one-to-one relationships that change their lives for the better, forever.
