Server Assistant

The Server Assistant supports the front-of-house team by ensuring tables are properly set, cleared, and maintained while assisting servers in delivering a seamless and elevated dining experience. This role is essential in creating a clean, organized, and welcoming environment that reflects the resort’s “Barefoot Luxury” standard.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional support to guests
• Assist in delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Anticipate guest needs, including refilling water, clearing plates, and resetting tables quickly
• Maintain a clean and inviting dining environment at all times

Table Maintenance

• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently according to service standards
• Ensure proper table setup, including linens, silverware, glassware, and menus
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and surrounding spaces

Service Support

• Assist servers with food running, drink delivery, and table maintenance
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Restock service stations with necessary supplies (napkins, utensils, condiments, etc.)
• Support opening, mid-shift, and closing side work duties

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with servers, bartenders, and management to ensure efficient operations
• Respond quickly and positively to direction from leadership
• Contribute to a team-oriented, high-energy work environment
