Highlights include: Saturday - Naturalization Ceremony - watch people be sworn in as US citizens Two stages featuring cultural performances throughout the day 2 p.m. Parade of Nations through fairground Martial Arts demonstrations Food and beer from around the world - ethnic food made by our countries Amazing Dragon Dance to close the Fair on Saturday Cultural exhibits from two dozen nations Arts & Crafts from around the world
