Halloween Gong Portal: Beyond the Veil

Step into a portal of sound and rest in the mystery that exists beyond thought.

This sacred time of year coincides with Samhain, an ancient Celtic festival marking the end of the harvest season. Traditionally, Samhain is believed to be a time when the veil between the seen and unseen grows thin, inviting reflection and deep inner transformation.

We will begin with guided breathwork to prepare the nervous system for the journey ahead. From there, the powerful vibrations of the 38-inch symphonic gong, antique Himalayan metal sound bowls, and other overtone-emitting instruments will guide you beyond ordinary awareness and into a state of inner exploration.

What to bring: a yoga mat if you have one, a comfy blanket, head pillow, eye mask, and anything that will help you feel comfortable lying down. One leg bolster and one yoga blanket will be provided.
