Join Kristina Rich at beautiful Boyd Hill Nature Preserve for a peaceful, outdoor meditation. Our group will enjoy a mindful walk for 40 minutes through a variety of habitats right in the heart of St. Petersburg. We'll close with a 10-minute sound bowl savasana, resting beneath the trees. Boyd Hill's trails are unpaved, wide, and flat. Your $3 park fee supports this wonderful park, where you can also view their permanent collection of rescued birds of prey, including eagles, owls, hawks, and vultures.
Bring a mat or blanket and anything that will make you comfortable. All are welcome!
