Join us Sunday, March 22, 2026, at 9:00 am at Colony Grill in downtown St. Petersburg for the annual HOT OIL 5K and 1 mile run/walk benefitting the Heroes of the St. Pete Police and Fire Rescue.
The St. Pete Heroes Hot Oil Run is returning to our downtown course, with a family-friendly and festive post-race party, beginning and ending at Colony Grill. This relatively flat course takes runners out to the waterfront and Heroes Memorials, and is suitable for runners and walkers of all levels, regardless of your distance choice.
This annual event is brought to you by Colony Grill and the Heroes of the St. Pete Police and Fire Rescue, benefiting first responders and their families in St. Pete. The Heroes organization works directly with first responders and their families in times of need, particularly during critical incidents or tragic circumstances. Your participation is vital to empowering the Heroes to carry out this mission every year.
As usual, we’ve got AMAZING bling at the finish line again this year to thank you with a finisher’s medal celebrating all those who make a daily decision to keep us safe from harm’s way. Thank you to all those currently serving and to those who have served in the past.
Registration includes your HEORES HOT OIL RUN T-shirt, substantial finisher’s medal, a timed and accurate run course, and GREAT music, local beer samples, and Colony Grill’s famous “hot oil” bar-style pizza at our post-race street party. Bring the whole family.
