Business Growth Workshop

Owning a business can be incredibly rewarding. It can also be demanding, stressful, and sometimes a little lonely. And when you're busy running the business every day, it can be difficult to find the time or the right people to talk with about where you're going next. The Business Growth Workshop is an opportunity to do exactly that. We'll spend 90 minutes together talking about your business: what's working, what could work better, where you want to go, and what may need to change to get there. This isn't a lecture, and we're not going to tell you how to run your business. It's an interactive conversation with other business owners who are asking many of the same questions you are. We'll introduce some of the thinking and tools we use at The Growth Coach, give you an opportunity to apply them to your own business, and leave plenty of room for discussion.
