Keep Pinellas Beautiful, Inc. (KPB) was founded in 1989 as a volunteer-based, 501(c)3 environmental nonprofit. As Pinellas County's local Keep America Beautiful affiliate, our mission is to conserve and beautify the natural environment by means of community engagement and education. Over time, KPB has become a trusted resource for educators, a partner for community leaders, and a support network for individuals and groups. We work with governments, businesses, schools, fellow nonprofits, and neighborhood organizations to tackle tough issues such as illegal dumping, roadway litter, pollution, urban runoff into our waterways, and the need for more healthy green spaces. Through collaborations with partnering groups and volunteers we are able to truly leave lasting impacts on our community and the natural habitat while creating cleaner, greener, and more beautiful communities.
