Advocacy Lunch & Learn - Hurricane Resiliency Recommendations

You are invited to be part of this quarterly series to gather & learn about the major issues impacting St. Pete from housing and workforce to transportation and legislation. This event will include a recap of the Chamber's Southwest Florida Hurricane Resiliency Tour on May 19. One of the goals for this trip was to return with details to help us compile a comprehensive Hurricane Resiliency Playbook for the business community. Thirty people from St. Petersburg including Mayor Ken Welch, City staff and Chamber members attended a full day of meetings, tours and experiential learning to bring back ideas and resources to our community. At this lunch and learn event, local subject area experts and attendees from the event will share their experiences and inspire action as we prepare for the upcoming hurricane season.
